  • Pricing depends on the size, length, location, setup needs, equipment, staffing, and type of event. Every event is different, so we provide pricing based on the specific details of your event. Additional fees may apply for travel, extended hours, special equipment, outdoor setup, or last-minute changes.

  • No. Consultation fees are non-refundable. The fee covers our time, planning, communication, recommendations, quote preparation, and professional guidance before the event. Paying a consultation fee does not guarantee your event date unless a separate deposit or booking confirmation is completed.

  • GIO Event Solutions LLC does not sell, provide, purchase, supply, distribute, or serve alcohol. If alcohol will be present, the client is responsible for purchasing and providing it or hiring a properly licensed third-party alcohol provider. We may help coordinate or refer bartenders, but any bartender or alcohol-related vendor is an independent third party.

  • Yes, a deposit may be required to reserve your event date. Deposits are generally non-refundable because they secure the date and prevent us from accepting other bookings. Your event is not officially confirmed until the required deposit or payment has been received and accepted.

  • For outdoor events, the client must provide a safe, dry, covered, and stable setup area with access to proper power. GIO Event Solutions LLC may delay, modify, or stop services if weather or outdoor conditions create a safety risk. Refunds are not provided for unsafe weather, lack of cover, lack of power, or unsuitable setup conditions.
